Refund policy

Due to the instant digital delivery of our products, we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

This is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes digital content from the standard 14-day right to cancel once download has begun.

However, we will always make it right.

If you experience any of the following, contact us and we will fix it or replace it — no questions asked:

• The file does not open or is corrupted
• A formula is producing an error that was not there when you downloaded it
• The file is not what was described in the listing
• You downloaded the wrong file due to a site error

What we cannot refund

• Change of mind after downloading
• Incompatibility with Google Sheets — all templates require Microsoft Excel
• Issues caused by editing or modifying protected formula cells
• Purchasing the wrong template by mistake — though we will always try to help
