Shipping policy
All Sorted Sheets products are digital downloads. There is no physical shipping.
When you purchase from Sorted Sheets, here is exactly what happens:
- You complete your order and payment is confirmed.
- Within 2 minutes, you will receive an automatic email containing your secure download link.
- Click the link to download your .xlsx file directly to your device.
- Open the file in Microsoft Excel and start using it immediately.
Download details Your download link is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and allows up to 5 downloads. This gives you plenty of time to save the file to your preferred location and create a backup copy.
Didn't receive your email? Please check your spam or junk folder first — automated emails occasionally land there. If you still can't find it after 5 minutes, email us at info.coventryanalytics@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend your download link promptly.
Compatibility All templates are delivered as .xlsx files and require Microsoft Excel 2016 or later on Windows or Mac. Google Sheets compatibility is not guaranteed due to the use of advanced Excel features including formulas, data validation, and formatted dashboards.
